Bayfield, a quaint little harbor

farms. Visitors to Bayfield can
get the best of two worlds-on the waters
of Lake Superior, sport of every variety

Sassy Cow Creamery
is a new farmstead dairy built by
third-generation dairy farmers James and
Robert Baerwolf and their families.
The Baerwolfs' love of darying has propelled
them into establishing a 400 cow
conventional dairy and a 100 cow organic
dairy. The creamery bottles the milk
of these herds at their farmstead dairy.
Products include whole, 2%, and fat-free
milk bottled in gallons and pints.
Chocolate and strawberry milk, as well as
cream and ice cream are available.
Products on available at the
Creamery's farmstead store as well as local
and regional stores. |
