Mar 1 - 2008 Norskedalen’s Sweet, Sweet Spring: maple syrup making, gourmet pancakes and other tasty treats with maple syrup, and a wide range of indoor and outdoor demonstrations and activities with the Driftless Folk School.  9AM to 4PM at Norskedalen Nature and Heritage Center near Coon Valley.   $5 Adults, $2 Children, $12 Family.  For more information call 608.452.3424 or visit www.norskedalen.org

Mar 1 & 2 Wollersheim Winery Open House, 10am - 4pm Visits through the fermentation room and wine cellars will take place throughout the day.  Cooking with wine demonstrations, grapevine pruning demonstrations and winemaking explanations scheduled each day plus interactive displays for families to enjoy along our self-guided tour.  No admission fee.  Call 800-VIP-WINE or www.wollersheim.com
