Widmers Cheese Cellars
Observation hall, 50 varieties of cheese, sausage. Widmer's Cellars are known for their Brick cheese - made the traditional way in the same open vats that cheesemaker Joe's grandfather bought in 1922. Joe is one of Wisconsin's Master Cheesemakers. The factory store and viewing area are open daily Monday through Friday between 6:30 am to 5 pm. Saturdays 7 am to 5 pm. During June through October open Sundays 10 am to 4 pm. Call ahead for guided tours - offered Monday through Friday at 9:30 am.
